Here are some real positive reviews from Birch Lane customers
“My husband and I had been looking for a sofa like this one forever. We hated other sofas that we looked at because they did not have the depth we wanted in everyday furniture, this sofa gives you that depth and is so comfortable to relax on. Having a husband who is over six foot this sofa exceeded his expectations.”
“This sofa is amazing and exactly the Crate&Barrel look I was going for. The oversized sofa looks beautiful in my casual family room and we use it to lounge while watching tv. I selected the “Bailey Mushroom Blended Linen” fabric and although it felt rough initially, after a few days, the material is softening. I’ve even slept on it a couple of nights and I have no complaints. The frame seems sturdy and the stitching on the slipcover is strong and even. The sofa comes with two matching pillows which are not shown in the photo. Both the top cushions and seat cushions are zippered. Definitely take advantage of the free fabric swatches. I pretty much ordered every fabric type and they arrived at my door within a few days. Pros: Sturdy design, many fabric, and color choices, comfortable! Cons: Expensive to order additional slipcovers (Over $500)”
Here are some real negative reviews from Birch Lane customers
“Purchased this sofa in Midnight twill. So looking for to having it in my family room. It looks like it is slip-covered with slipcovers that fit tight on one arm and very loosely on another arm. The skirt seam hangs 2 inches below where it should be. Looks really cheap.”
“Sofa arrived totally wrinkled. Fabric color very different than on the website. Otherwise, the sofa is fine.”
