“We returned the sofa. It looked nice but was uncomfortable to sit on. If you sat in the middle of a cushion, it flopped up around you on the sides. If you sat on the end of a cushion, it went completely flat and you were sitting on springs.”

“After only 18 months the cushions compress almost completely when we sit on them. And we don’t sit on them all day, not are we over 200 pounds. Now we have to pay to replace the foam from a third party, as clearly Room And Board’s foam is incredibly cheap and not resilient.”
